To develop listening and attention through the use of props (egg shakers) and to follow the choreography instructed by the teacher

To develop coordination and control through moving in several ways including swaying, punching and spinning, to practise fine motor and manipulative skills through gripping onto and shaking an egg shaker and to practise locomotor skills including jumping and marching

To improve balance through swaying from side to side (successfully transferring weight from one leg to another)
