8. Working with Props: ‘Tiny Monsters’ (adapted from ‘Tiny Fairies’, unknown)
Choose a small group of children to hide under the parachute and be the monsters. Everyone else holds onto the edges of the parachute and moves it from side to side to the pulse as you say the rhyme. When you say, ‘ROAR!’, the parachute is lifted up high and the tiny monsters jump up. Encourage the monsters to join you in saying, ‘Of course we will! One, two, three, ROAR.’
Tiny monsters so quiet and still will you come out? Of course we will!
One, two, three, ROAR!
