OVERVIEW

WHAT IS THE DESIGN?

Demolition of existing home, and a new single de-
tached home inspired by a mid century modern
and coastal style.

Budget Range: $500 - $600K

2 Adults 3 kids (15, 19, 21)

Desired Schedule: Start January 2022

At its core, the design needs to allow for:

• Four bedrooms

• Two bathrooms

• Two living areas

• Double garage

PHILOSOPHY & OBJECTIVES

The design will endeavour to capture the feeling of
serenity, inspire creativity and provide an uplifting
atmosphere for all occupants.

The design will be aligned to Passive House
methodology, whilst also providing good natural
cross ventilation and indoor-outdoor connection.

It is important that time on site is reduced as
much as possible so the occupants are not out of
the home for longer than necessary
