Aesthetic Value

               •  Mid-century modern with a coastal chic


               •  A casual sensibility with natural materiality like weatherboards, sandstone,
                   with some ‘quirky’ elements thrown in.


               •  Very high ceilings encouraged in parts of the living areas


               •  Don’t want bedrooms dark during the day, warm natural light where
                   possible. Artificial lighting to be soft and warm. Lamps and candles are
                   encouraged


               •  Front entrance needs to feel inviting, an outdoor deck with shading in
                   summer needs to be included. Curb appeal needs to be considered.

               •  Would also like to accommodate parents when they come and stay
