Counter ceiling rafts
During previous reimage projects all drive thru
projects benefitted from new MDF ceiling rafts
above the customer counter area. This raft
should be retained and redecorated white
unless adaptations are required to fit the order
ready board (see menu board wall section).
Instore projects did not have new MDF ceiling
rafts installed as part of their previous reimage
and so have to have new, simple, white
downstand rafts installed as part of the EotF
project.
The counter raft should not contain any vinyl
lettering relating to order or collect.
