Public Awareness Monitors (PAM)

For all McOpCo restaurants, the customer
facing public awareness monitor (PAM) should
be included in a surround and recessed into
its surrounding wall as the menu boards,
community notice board and McCafe screen.

This surround will be supplied by the counter /
OTS wall panel supplier where required.

The PAM should be positioned in a location
near the counter and visible from the main
circulation route.

For Company stores the PAM will typically be
located above the customers WC lobby door
in standard drive thru buildings, to be identified
on the architects site specific drawings. Where
located within the OTS wall panelling, the PAM
surround should be coordinated with the stripes
in the upper black/ grey panelling.

For Franchise Restaurants, the architects are to
agree the location at the Store Briefing / Stage
One Meeting.
