       D4 Overview of ERDDS interior décor concepts






       Restaurants with shared Customer and Employee
         toilets




       1. All restaurants should have seperate customer
           and employee toilets. Where only shared
           tollets are available, sepearte toilets must be
           provided as part of the EotF project.
       2. If extension/ capacity works are part of the
         EotF project, look to provide seperate toilets
         and changing rooms. Never reduce the
         provision of employee toliets or changing
         rooms if there are extension/ capacity works.
       3. If the EotF project does not include exten
         sion/ capacity works you may need to
         remove  emplyee changing rooms in order
         to gain space for seperate employee and
         customer tolilets.
       4. Adherence to this policy is mandatory for
         McOpCO restaurants - if it is physically not
         possible to comply, Designers and PM’s must
         escalate.
       5. This policy is advisory for Franchised
         restaurants.

       Employee toilets installed in original crew changing rooms as a minimum. Changing rooms to be
       provided in addition  if extension / capacity works are proposed
