1B.3 TCG led project
Stage 1
Stage 1 encompasses all actions
required from identification of a
(non-marginal) new site through to Food
Property Board [FPB] approval and is
defined as:
1. The RAM identifying the site and agreeing the site with LP&P 11. Following RLA approval, drawing governance approval and completion
of zonal analysis, the External Project Manager will notify the Quantity
2. The RAM will produce a draft Investment Appraisal [IA] and compile the Surveyor to produce the CV1 cost plan. This notification will include

confirm TCG’s brief and requirements for the location.

Stage 1 feasibility and Asset plan are co-ordinated. For TCG led conversion
projects only, the Architect will also produce scoping drawings at this stage
to establish required works
9. Once the Stage 1 feasibility and Asset plan are co-ordinated (scoping
drawings completed where required), the External Project Manager will
notify the RAM to allow consultation with the RLA. Simultaneously, the
Format team will submit the Asset plan for drawing governance approval
10. Following RLA approval (desktop assessment completed by RLA), the
RAM will instruct zonal analysis to be undertaken
