P. 6
CHAPTER FIVE
As Spike grew bigger, Tim realized that it was getting more difficult to take care
of him. Spike needed more space to move around and more food to eat. Tim
knew that he had to find a way to provide for Spike's needs.
One day, Tim saw a poster advertising a dinosaur exhibit at the local museum.
The poster said that the museum was looking for volunteers to help take care
of and help setup a dinosaur exhibit. Tim knew that this was the perfect
opportunity to learn more about dinosaurs and to find a way to provide for his
pet.
He went to the museum and met with the curator. The curator was impressed
with Tim's knowledge about dinosaurs and his dedication to his pet. He offered
Tim a job as a volunteer, and Tim accepted.
Tim worked hard and saved up enough money to buy a bigger cage for Spike.
He also started a vegetable garden to grow food for Spike. He made sure that
he had everything Spike needed to be happy and healthy.
Years went by, and Tim's pet dinosaur grew bigger and stronger. It became a
beloved member of the family, and everyone in the village knew about the boy
who had raised a dinosaur from an egg.
Tim had learned an important lesson about responsibility and the value of hard
work. He knew that taking care of Spike had been a big challenge, but it had
also been the most rewarding experience of his life. And he was grateful for
every moment he had spent with his beloved pet.
As Spike continued to grow, Tim realized that he could no longer keep him as a
pet. Spike needed to be in the wild. Tim knew that it was going to be hard to
let go of his beloved pet, but he also knew that it was the right thing to do.
