1960 Vietnamese Communist Party announced the National
Liberation League in South Vietnam, They were tried to overthrow
President Diem's government out from his power and will replace it
by another Communist one. It was the beginning of the Second
Indochina War by influences from two supper powers Soviet and
American politic policies.

In 1963, General Duong-Van-Minh was a group leader of
Vietnam Generals with American politicians supporting. They made
the coup in South Vietnam, killed President Diem and his brother,
and the American troops were beginning to appear on South
Vietnam.

American politicians were used the interference policies to
control the South Vietnam governments by their economy, power
under the name of "HELP" and took actions over the Second
Indochina War completely with their power and their positive
thinking like French General Navarre in 1950-1954.

It was the big mistake of the American politicians when they
tried to overthrow President Diem to deploy their troops in Vietnam.
Those American troops were much less experience about Vietnam
war than as French militarist troops had. French troops have got on
the Vietnam war with 100 years of their occupation. They
understood most the things of Vietnamese life, knew about the
communist guerilla war and hiding tactics into the civilians to resist
them in the accident. French colonials were lost the Vietnam war on
Dien-Bien-Phu because they don't know how to make peace and how
to be the true friend of Vietnamese civilians. Even American troops
didn't know where Vietnam on the map at the of 1960 is? What is
Vietnam's philosophy of life and how about Vietnam's culture...?
