"So the celebration of some families will become sad and
painful!

Last year a son of my friend died just in time of New Year on the
battle. His family didn't know anything about it. His wife looked at
their kids; they were happy with new clothing, sing for celebration a
new year and waiting for their father. Until the next day, his wife was
cried and painful; she wanted to die after she had got his news!"

In the sorrow voice, she said.

Nguyen stared at his mom.

"Mom... Forget it! Don't keep it in your mind, please...! It will
affect your health." Then Nguyen made a laughing-stock beside

his mother and hoped his mother put a sad story away from her
mind. He held her back and kissed on her hair.

"What are you doing?"

"I kissed you. Your hair was so long and bright. Do you know that
my father loved it?"

Nguyen mother turned to face him. She looked at him and
smiled.

"I knew... He followed me everywhere to ask me for loving him
and marry him..." Then she takes Nguyen arms off her back while she
added:

"Let your arms out of me. I must finish that thing."

Nguyen laughed and said:

"Let me do it. Oh, Mom… If nothing happens, I will be home until
February 15, 1968.

She opened wide her eyes to looked at Nguyen.
