 Religious Conspiracy
We found their conspiracy useful in spreading the work of the Lord mightily.
Members of these opposing churches who worked in
public offices hid our files and misread our cases so we could not get our requests answered. They delayed our
applications for graveyards, permits for church construction, and kindergartens. Cases that should have been completed in
a week suffered four years of delays in their hands. After EPRDF removed these people from office, we received
prompt attention.
THE SORCERS" EFFORTS
When our opponents saw that we multiplied daily, the spirit of Balaam fell upon them. They hired Balaams to
put curses, on us. For one conference they spent much money on wizards and magicians to cause thunderstorms and snow
to interrupt the services. They stayed on a hilltop from the
beginning to the end with their hands alternately stretched out toward us and toward heaven. Nothing happened, the
greatly blessed conference ended with no interruptions.
As Balaam declared in Leviticus 23, How shall I
curse, whom God has not cursedl Neither the gates of hell nor enchanters and diviners can prevail against the church.
In Sidamo Wara 130,000 people assembled for a
conference. The hired sorcers and wizards magic number is
nine, so they met together nine times and slaughtered nine
big bulls to stop all conferences in the region. Dismayed they read the signs of the fat in the animals stomachs and told
those who hired them. The churches will win and they will hold conferences here every year. All the wizards and diviners acknowledged defeat and said farewell to the area.
