haunt you. If you don't want to talk about it to people you know,
there are always websites where you can vent to someone online.
You may not always want to talk about your problems, but
keeping them to yourself for too long can ruin you and your
mental health in many ways. Due to all the stress and anxiety
kept pent up, people may look to self-harm as a way to cope. But
that is not at all a good solution. Self-harm only makes you worse
and keeps you away from the world. If you ever have any
thoughts as such, you can always use websites such as
BetterHelp, ReGain, and Teen Counselling.
People might see bad mental health as just being sad or having
problems. But it's more complex than that. Not only does it ruin
you mentally, but it does so physically too. You might notice that
you are starting to have a bad temper, difficulty expressing
emotion, no interest in socializing, no way of focusing on one
thing, etc. These are all some examples of your mental health
starting to decay. In cases like this, it's better to focus on
yourself. Many destroy themselves trying to please everyone else.
But the perfect solution is to work on yourself. Though it might
seem hard to do, we can always ‘take one step at a time.’ I first
heard this quote when I was young and it's been one of the most
motivating things in my life. It can be for yours too. Never try too
hard to do something if you know you can’t. Take a few small
steps. Eventually, those small steps will lead to bigger ones,
helping you improve.
