Mental Health
Mental health is a fundamental human right. It is also essential for
personal, community, and socioeconomic growth. No matter what,
our mental state always comes first. Our emotional, psychological,
and social well-being are major contributors to our mental health.
Our mental health status has a huge impact on our lifestyles.
Mental health is essential throughout life, from childhood and
adolescence to adulthood so nobody’s feelings should be
invalidated.
Mental health encompasses more than just the absence of mental
diseases. It exists in a complex sequence, with varying degrees of
difficulty and distress and potentially very diverse social and
clinical results from one person to the next. Mental illnesses and
psychosocial disabilities, as well as other mental states linked with
considerable suffering, disability in functioning, or risk of self-harm,
are examples of mental health issues. People suffering from
mental illnesses are more likely to have poorer levels of mental
well-being, however, this is not always the case. If you have mental
health difficulties, our thinking, mood and
behavior may affect your life.
