New Year’s

resolutions

in the dispensary

Happy New Year all! I do hope you have all had a great
Christmas break and are ready for 2025? I certainly am so
let’s get started!

I wanted to start 2025 with some suggestions for new year
resolutions in the dispensary. January is always a good time to take
a check on processes and make commitments to improvements so
why not take some time to identify a few actions which might make
all the difference to your profits. I am going to look at three simple
behaviour changes you might want to consider that with just a
little effort could make significant impact. Please don’t overlook the
importance of these suggestions; trust me they really matter.

Resolutions

1. We will count and file our

prescriptions daily.

2. We will always order generics

from our primary wholesaler.

3. We will always use a Dispensing

Appliance Contractor.

All three of these resolutions are important so please don’t just
pick one – go for all three! Let me run through them and help you
understand why I think they are so important.
