Have you looked at your service figures and noticed there are missing payments? That
there’s discrepancies with your service figures that have gone through MYS? Are you
worried that you are missing vital payments for services that you have provided and don’t
know how to fix it?
Do not worry!
Our handy guide is here to tell you how to sort the issue and how to check for Unclaimed
Services on PharmOutcomes. Here at Numark we want to make sure that our members are
being paid for the services that they provide. Some members have found discrepancies with
the service figures that have gone through to MYS at the month end and we want to help
you find these missing payments using some simple checks before you submit your claim.
If there is a discrepancy you can create a report on PharmOutcomes to help you to identify
the affected claims.
Q. Is there a report in
PharmOutcomes that allows me to
check my NHS BSA claim status for
each record saved?
A. Yes there is. Each of the reports described
in this guide can be extracted as a csv file by
ticking the "Download as csv" tick box after
requesting the report and setting the required
"Reporting Period" as shown. This csv report will
provide a line-by-line entry for every intervention
recorded and one of the report columns will be
headed "Pharmacy First - BSA Claim: cascade
status" - This displays the status of all claims for
all saved records.
