What can members expect during a
                                         typical Golden Tote demo van visit,
                                        and how long does it usually last?
                                      We can arrange the best time to arrive and can
                                      complete the demo in small groups, one big
                                     group or individuals whichever is best for the
                              practice. The demo includes how Golden Tote works
                              on PSUK Connect; how to label the prescription,
                              complete the accuracy check and send all orders.
                              Then we demonstrate how you use the software to
                              assemble the Golden Tote once it has been delivered
                              from PHOENIX to complete the prescriptions. Overall,
                              the demo can take up to 20 minutes but can as take
                              as long as you wish. If there are many questions
                              along the way then we will be with the member
                              as long as it is required, so everyone in the team
                              understands the full end-to-end process.

                              What kind of training and ongoing
                              support does Golden Tote provide
                              to PSUK members after they
                              decide to implement the system?
                              We provide between two to four days
                              worth of onsite training, going through
                              every element in the process with each
                              individual team member. We leave
                              behind full SOP’s and flowcharts of
                              the Golden Tote process and leave
                              our contact card with all-important
                              numbers to ring for any questions! We
                              offer regular re visits to each member
                              to provide face to face support with
                              any issues, worries and/or concerns.

                              After implementation when training the
                              team, we follow a training plan to ensure
                              all areas are covered and the team have
                              no gaps in the knowledge of Golden Tote.
                              We complete regular phone calls and re
                              visits to the members to offer help, support,
                              top tips and new updated improvements to
                              the system.
