CONCESSIONS
September concessions have been awarded and whilst there has been a slight increase
vs August – the number of concessions are still significantly lower than the levels we
saw from October to February where they peaked at 199.
The Drug Tariff feature in the PSUK portal enables members to keep a track of over tariff
purchases*, with a cumulative summary provided throughout the month of all products
purchased over tariff. Once a concession is awarded – if the APM price remains under
concession price, we will remove from your summary giving you the most accurate and
up to date view of the impact on your dispensary.
Concessions are awarded from the middle of the month right up to the end of the month
– so the full impact can only be seen once all concessions are awarded.
NUMBER OF CONCESSIONS

Through our APM pricing, we try to minimize this impact on members, in September the
APM price was lower or equal than 93%of concessions awarded.
Just 12 lines came in above concession price in September – totaling an average usage
of c60 packs per month in dispensing practice.
