2. Pharmacy First Service – From 1 January

The activity threshold of clinical pathway consultations
increases to a minimum of 25 clinical pathways per month.
This means pharmacy owners must provide a minimum of
25 consultations that pass the gateway point in January
2025 to be eligible for the £1,000 monthly payment.
3. COVID-19 outreach activities – 31 January

COVID-19 vaccinations should continue to be delivered to
underserved communities until this date.
