“My journey in pharmacy began when I worked as a
pharmacy assistant while still in school. Over the years,
I’ve worked in private medical practices, community
pharmacy, and pharmacy head offices, where I
managed PMR systems and Drug Tariff updates.
For nearly 14 years, I’ve been part of Numark’s
Information Services team, specialising in Drug
Tariff queries and supporting members with pricing,
reimbursement, and system updates. I also write the
Numark Big Hitters, Tariff Tips, and Do Not Dispense
updates.
When I’m not helping members, I enjoy time with my
family, creating art commissions, and competing
in Field Target shooting at both regional and

“I joined Numark’s Information Services team in
January 2018 as an Information Pharmacist, bringing
over 30 years of experience in community pharmacy
and primary care. Throughout my career, I’ve worked
as a branch manager and medicines management
specialist, completing a postgraduate clinical diploma
in community pharmacy.
In my role, I also act as the Medication Safety Officer,
supporting Numark members with patient safety
initiatives. This includes promoting the safe use of
medicines, improving incident reporting, and managing
Pharmapod submissions. I also oversee Numark’s SOPs,
ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated to
meet contractual requirements.
Outside of pharmacy, I love ballroom and Latin dancing
with my partner, reading, holidays, and spending time
Information Pharmacist & in my garden—my happy place.”
