Activating or removing a deal
Getting started is quick and easy, once
you have activated a switch - it is straight
forward to de-activate it should you wish to
order the original product. Changes happen
instantly once you have clicked ‘Deactivate’:
• Navigate to the MyDeals section on the
portal and click either Generic Switch or
Brand switch to review.
• Click Available Deals (blue button)
• Click Activate next to the deal you want
(green button)
• For more information, click on the deal
name
• To remove a deal, use the Deactivate
button (red) in the active deals table
New features
To enhance usability, both tabs now include
search and sort functionality:
• Use the search bar to quickly find a deal
• Click the column arrows to sort your
deals as needed
Latest deals
Below is a list of the most recent Generic
Switch deals, activating these will ensure
that the generic is supplied when the
originator brand is ordered.
