New Terms
Consilient Health
We are pleased to announce the launch of an exclusive MDS from Consilient Health.
The new scheme launched on 1st December 2023, and includes MDS rebates on a range of their
products which can be seen in the table below:
As Consilient Health supply our KEYS and PHOENIX Elite Generics Colecalciferol 800iu Tablets, they
are offering the 10% MDS rebate on both PIP Codes.
We do ask that members sign up to the new Consilient Health scheme, so please visit our website to
download the Consilient MDS form and return it to us.

Roche Diabetes Care
As of 1st December 2023, Roche reduced the reimbursement price of the Accu-Chek Aviva Test
Strips from £16.61 down to £12.99
There was no change to the MDS rebate percentage available, but due to the price reduction, the
monetary value of the MDS rebate also reduced.
