updates each day on Connect and Facebook, and of
course so did the UK ofice and some of the students,
so check them out! I was really happy with the
results. We focused on Liberty and Finesse, with a
little bit of 45-foot Line (“Hunt the Jump”) and Free-
Style (Target Game) midweek on the cross country
schooling paddock. I think the biggest elements
were learning how to train using psychology and
Horsenality, as well as developing more knowledge
around better riding and the Scale of Training to get
horses and riders progressing towards collection.
I could not have been happier with the passion for
learning that everyone showed.
Then it was back to Zurich for a one-day seminar
with just under 500 spectators! Our Swiss partners
(Seraina and Philipp) arranged a full day of educa-
tional segments interspersed with super-inspiring
spotlights from Parelli Professionals. We covered
subjects such as the Four Savvys, love, language &
leadership, Horsenality and using psychology in
training, On Line lessons, and a riding session with a
horse that chomped furiously at the bit.
I’m writing all this as I ly back from Zurich to
Dallas where my husband, doggies and pony (Jazz)
are ready for our Mesquite, Texas tour stop. Until
next time, enjoy the fall! Pat and I will be staying busy
- we’re off to Sydney for Equitana, Instructor Confer-
ences and clinics in November. So as you read this,
there’s a pretty good chance we’ll be Down Under!
As always, keep it natural!
