Although in Syrdarya region, the average income that directly goes to the state budget
accounted for 53.3% of the total republic indicator, this indicator was 95 in 2010. Over time,
the average income that directly goes to the state budget in the regions sharply differs from
the average republic indicator. In 2020, the regions that exceeded the total republic indicator
were taken into account (Tashkent city, Tashkent region, Navoi region)."

investments in the region's economy do not immediately affect the growth of regional gross
product, over time they provide a multiplicative effect.
Analysis of the causes of this discrepancy also suggests that in 2000, the average
income that directly goes to the state budget in Andijan region was equivalent to 111,2
thousand sum. Moreover, in 2000, the volume of investments (basic capital) directed to the
region as well as investments that directly go to the state budget was one of the lowest
indicators in the republic. If we analyze the changes over every five years, we can see that the
situation has changed somewhat in terms of its quality.
As emphasized above, changes in the strategy for the development of regions
implemented by the government also have a significant impact on the socio-economic
indicators of regions. In 2020, the development of regions and districts was significant,
including in terms of natural growth. Regions with developed industrial and service sectors
and companies specialized in high technologies have shown significant development in the
         regional gross product as well.
The development of Tashkent city represents the highest indicator (15.2%). Due to the
high socio-economic potential of the region, investments are increasing every year, and
