If we conduct a comparative analysis, we can see that ten years ago (in 2010), the total
volume of investments in basic capital in the republic was 15,338,698.7 million sum, while
in 2020, the volume of investments in basic capital in Tashkent city alone amounted to

If we analyze the population relative to the labor force, as emphasized above, in places
where there are specialized companies in high technologies and they are operational, the

also be seen as evidence of our statement.
In 2015, the economically active population in Fergana region numbered 1485.3
thousand people, and they contributed to the creation of regional GDP, which amounted to
11,278.9 billion sum. In Tashkent city, 1,168.1 thousand people participated in the creation
of the regional gross product, which amounted to 26,648.7 billion sum (economically active
population).
Therefore, in the creation of regional GDP in Tashkent city compared to Fergana
region, there are 317.2 thousand fewer economically active populations but produced
significantly more goods and services, totaling 15,369.80 billion sum.
Labor productivity in Tashkent city is significantly higher than in Fergana region.
Indeed, where industrial production and service sectors are developing, the average labor
