Foreword

This Food and Beverages e-book is intended for class XI students and it is
hoped that this book can be used as a source of student learning in achieving
the competency standards expected by the world of work. This is in accordance
with the aim of preparing students or graduates who are ready to enter the
world of work and are able to develop a professional attitude in the field of
majors

This book is equipped with assignments and activities so that students can
immediately apply their skills.
