Near 100% of those detained face a range
of abuses including overcrowding, lack of
medical care and security staff, and prolonged
detention.
They often do not provide beds, ban visitors,
and fail to appropriately separate women and
children from adult males.
There are reports of beatings, threats, and
harassment.
