Task 8: Clean light fixtures
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)

1. Dust light fixtures with a dry clean pranela. Chandelier & light fixtures are stain/ dirt and dust free.

2. If with stain, spray with APC and wet rag or use metal
polish for stainless.

Task 9: Clean air-conditioning cover
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)

FCU/HVAC General cleaning of cover & filter is every two (2) days.
1. Dust with a paint brush.
Cover and filter are dust, dirt and stain free.
2. Wipe with a wet clean rag.

Package, split or window type
1. Remove cover and filter.

2. Clean cover and filter with APC and warm water.

3. Wipe with a dry clean rag.

4. Return the filter and cover.

Task 10: Polish stairway railings
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)

1. Spray wood railings with shine up. Railings are dry, dust and odor free.
- Dust the iron railings with a paint brush or dry
clean cloth. Railings are spot checked/ cleaned every three (3) hours.

2. Wipe with a dry clean cloth.

Task 11: Clean and polish brass
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)

1. If spot cleaning, wipe brass with dry cloth. Spot cleaning is done daily.

2. If general cleaning, Brass is shiny and in its original color at all times.
- Dust with a dry cloth.
- Apply metal polisher. GC of brass is done twice a month.
- Wipe with a dry cloth until the original color
returns.
