               Task 12:  Clean public telephone
                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                 1.  Wipe phone units with a clean dry rag.    Phone units are dust, dirt and odor free.

                 2.  Wipe with pranela and alcohol.            Spot cleaning every four (4) hours.


               Task 13:  Clean lobby furniture
                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                 1.  Remove dust from corners and sides of the furniture by a  Lobby furniture is dust, dirt and odor free.

                                                               Cover of cushion is replaced once a month.
                 2.  Spray shine up to the wood furniture.

                 3.  Wipe with a dry clean rag.

                 4.  If with stain, remove with a scrubbing pad and APC. Then
                    wipe with a wet rag followed by a dry rag.

                 5.  Fluff the sofa/ chair cushion.
                    -   If fabric has stain, remove by using toothbrush and
                        APC.


               Task 14:  Clean reception desk
                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                 1.  Spray reception desk with APC.            Reception desk is free from dust, dirt and odor

                 2.  Wipe with a dry clean rag.                Spot cleaning is done every two (2) hours.
                    -   In case of foul odor or stain, wipe with scrubbing
                        pad.

                 3.  Use dry clean rag for spot cleaning.


               Task 15:  Cleaning of Business Center equipment
                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                 1.  Remove  dust  by  brushing  the  keyboards  and  corner/  Equipment is dust and dirt free.
