The difference between these services is the deceased person is present at a funeral
and not present at a memorial.

Cremation takes place either after a funeral service or before a memorial service,
followed by a graveside service held at the final place of honor such as a cemetery.

The sanctity of human life is respected and honored by choosing either service.

Graveside services commonly conclude the event.
