रागद्वेषववयिु ै स्तु ववषयातनस्रियैश्चरन ् ।
आत्ममवश्यैववमधेयात्ममा प्रसादमचधगरछतत ॥ २-६४॥ प्रसादे सवमदःु खानां हातनरस्योपिायते । प्रसरनचेतसो ह्याशु बवु धः पयमवततष्ठते ॥ २-६५॥
Bhagavadgita 2.64-65: One, who behaves with the senses free from attachment and aversion to the objects, experiencing them only with self-controlled senses, attains tranquillity. For such a person, on reaching the tranquillity, all sorrows come to end. With the mind is thus purified, his intellect soon experiences Self-bliss.
