n everyday life there are many triggers for fear and phobia, because of this you can’t always figure out what exactly causes you to be frightened or if you will be harmed by something or someone within your surroundings. This is because the emotional part of your brain keeps sending danger signals to your body which can cause you to develop a phobia towards whatever is making you feel fear even if you can see how out of proportion this fear is.

of clowns, Achluophobia which is the fear of darkness, Acrophobia
which is the fear of heights,
Cynophobia which is the fear of
dogs, Glossophobia which is the
fear of speaking in public,
Hemophobia which is the fear of
blood, and Trypophobia which is
the fear of large holes. But what
exactly is to be blamed for us

But even though most people might know that their fears are illogical they can’t help but still fear something or someone because the danger feels real to them since the fear they feel is so powerful. In some cases, they can take control over your life, thus affecting your ability to do any day-to-day activities as well as enjoy your life. Phobias and the physiological effects they bring can result in people worrying about, dreading, feeling upset by, and avoiding the things or situations they fear because the physical sensations of fear can be so intense.
