In order to make staff happier and more satisfied, the space dimension in the early childhood setting should also apply to adults. For instance, adults have the right to a safe and secure environment. They should have a sense of autonomy, be able to adjust time and physical space as well as be able to move around. Besides that, careful planning is necessary. To do this, think about staffÊs and educatorsÊ roles and the environment that should be provided, such as:
(a) To think the plan such as where, when or is there any work space to cater these roles;
(b) To organise environment such as where the staff would store equipment and materials;
(c) To stock and re-stock shelves, including identifying if the existing storage is enough or not, how much storage is available or accessible, and the location for stocking and re-stocking;
(d) To work with adults and consider the space, work room and scale considered for this need;
(e) To identify where the message and meeting space will be and the location of materials and equipment for communication, such as telephones and computers;
(f) To keep a record of the supply of materials, storage and computer;
