                Holidays                      • 10 holidays paid each year
                Vacation                      • 0-4 years: 11 days

                                              • 15-19 years: 21 days
                                              • 20 years and longer: 25 days
                Sick/Personal Time            •  Non-exempt employees accrue 48 hours per year or as mandated by local/
                                               state regulation
                                              • Exempt employees are on an honor system
                Sabbatical                    • 30 day paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
                Merit Reviews & Increases     • Employees are reviewed annually in April
                Discretionary Bonus Plan      • Determined annually and paid based on company performance.
                Educational Assistance        •  Available to full-time employees upon 90 days of hire
