SCRUM Agile Project Management
In Scrum agile, the product is broken down into stories on a
storyboard. Each story becomes a backlog and the objective is
to break it down into sprints. Each day (or some other regular
period) there is a scrum where people huddle down and hit
the targets for the day. At the end of he sprint period there
should be an incremental deliverable. Stories that aren’t
completed go back in the backlog.
