SCRUM
In this example the application is an online banking system.
The project has been broken down into a number of functions
which are in the backlog. They are, get statement, pay in, pay
out.
The whole team works on the “get statement” for a sprint
period. At the end of the period, if the function pass test it is
published. If it does not pass test and cannot be remedied
quickly, lessons are learned and it goes back in the backlog.
Over the course of the development, the lessons learned help
to resolve the difficult problems.
