                                                         • Existing network failover methodology relied on traditional routing protocols, which

                                                             have slower failover times and don’t consider link quality in failover decisions

                                                         • The customer also wanted to reduce the cost of app delivery while improving the

                                                             performance and reliability of VoIP calls

                                                         • Evaluated Cisco iWAN, but configuring iWAN proved very difficult.  After a year of

                                                             effort, the customer began researching other solutions
                                                         • Turned to NetScaler SD-WAN because of XenDesktop optimization performance and

                                                             the ability to quickly turn up a solution using an overlay approach

                                                         • After a quick PoC, Greif was sold on how NetScaler SD-WAN delivered network
