Micro-Transactions - classification
• Critical Micro-Transactions – customer needs, wants and values.
• No approval necessary, passes straight thru purchasing process, may be pre-approved
• Limited Micro-Transactions – Helpful but not mission-critical
• Dependent on customer budget allocation – discretionary expense, up to an agreed limit.
• Exception Micro-Transactions – Lower value, needs to go through approval process.
• Declined Micro-Transactions – Ones they won’t pay for. Remove from Consumption Roadmap
