The management agent sends status updates and monitoring information from worker
node to the CCO via AMQP
In return the CCO provides the management agent on the worker node with instructions
via AMQP for the following tasks

 Application deployment tasks
 Provisioning tasks
 Running configuration scripts
 Run custom cleanup scripts
 Policy enforcement:
 Collect system metrics
Agent 1
CCM  Enforce policies
Orchestrator Agent 2  Monitoring data
RabbitMQ  Status updates
Management Agent
Private 3  Keep-alive system heartbeats
