● A value proposition is a statement of the unique benefits delivered by
your offering to the target customer

● It is a hypothesis that your offering will bring
certain values to the target customer

● The value proposition statement should

consist of these components:

 The target customer (and their customer
if not the end-user)

 What your product/service is
 The values (outcomes, benefits) your

solution will deliver to them
