The 5 Step Process
Successful Customer Interaction selling is set of definable steps within a repeatable process:
1. Identify Business Objective and Goals related to Customer Interaction
2. Identify a number of Initiatives that are relevant to that Objective and Goal
3. Establish relative priority of Initiative and Quantify value of achieving the resultant Goal
4. Align our TC3 Solution with one of more Initiatives to help achieve Objective
5. Measure the resultant Business Impact of achieving that Goal.
6. Put your shades on and close the deal!
