Presenting Information in an Appealing Way

1- Text

• Text show important information in an appealing way. Use the formatting tools to do
this:
1. Use one or two colors to show emphasis on specific information.
2. Put important text in bold to make key information (important) stand out
3. Insert WordArt to make text have more impact
2- Background

• In PowerPoint use different background colors.
3- Photographs
• That reflect the topic of your message can catch the viewer’s eye.
4- Shapes
• Insert shapes or even your own drawings.
5- Graphs & Charts

• Graphs and charts are a good way to share data especially numbers.
6- Audio
• Add audio to enhance a text or image.
• Be sure there’s a clear link to the visual displayed data.
• And it’s not too long or distracting.

7- Video clips
• Use video clips in your presentation.
• Videos you find online or videos you have made.

➢ Use Movie Maker to make a film from a selection of still images
But make sure that

• The intellectual property rights of others should be respected when using their
photos, videos and audio files.
