The steps when troubleshooting (finding a problem and solving it) a computer problem:
1- Identify the problem Is it a hardware or software problem.
2- Think about and plan ways you might solve the problem.
3- Think about potential solutions and try each solution.
4- Which solution worked?
5- If you don’t find a solution to the problem ask your teacher or a member of your
family for help.
