5-How to use e-communication

1. Making a video chat:

To start a video call, create a link and send it to the participants.

If you want to join a video chat:
Make sure the

➢ Sometimes the person in charge of the chat(host) may turn off your
microphone. you can also mute your microphone and camera at any
time.

If the camera is on:

2. Act as if you are in a public place.
3. Speak when it’s your turn.
4. Make sure there is nothing in your background indicating your personal
information.

2. Chat rooms:
➢ You can simply type and send your comment.
➢ You can also reply to messages.

➢ Some participants may reply to your messages.
➢ Anyone who has access to the chat room will be able to read your
messages so be polite, be helpful, and be positive.

3. Instant messaging (IM)
