1. Write their email address in the “to” field.
2. Then provide clear information about the
subject of the message in the subject line “subject”.
When writing an email make sure:
➢ Use the correct grammar.
➢ Be polite and clear.
➢ Use greetings and endings.
➢ If you are sending an attachment, be sure to be safe and accurate.
