Because we’re an organization comprised of professionals providing professional services, we focus on our people, not the company. We use the pronouns we and us when we talk about ourselves—never “they” or “it.” The possessive pronoun is our, not “its.”
Correct: At BAYADA, we’re proud of our adherence to the highest safety standards.
This is just one small part of that “personalized, competent, and one-to-one” quality we want to express. As you’ll see on the following page, there’s a target for tone that we should strive to hit dead-center.
