          Goal Statement


          The Isabela State University is an institution which is highly regarded as a home of excellent teaching and
          learning. It humbly takes pride to have engaged the services of highly-trained, competent, committed and highly

          motivated faculty and staff.


          Endeavoring to implement universal access to quality tertiary education, the university is determined to

          contribute and make quality education accessible to all who have the motivation to become learned,
          skilled, productive, innovative, and valuable members of society. With us, their chances to better their
          lives are high and eventually, enable them to achieve their ultimate aspirations. As a proof,  our graduates

          are figuring consistently and exceptionally high in the National Board Examinations, from the past years
          and remains true to this day and hopefully to be sustained in the future. Their employability rate is increasing
          and recorded at an all-time high levels. Many of whom have even become luminaries in their chosen fields.



          Consistent to its desire of achieving a status as a lead university, the Isabela State University is highly
          determined  to  implement   academic  re-engineering.  It  will  adhere  to  a  strategic  and
          comprehensive academic plan; establish flagship programs in every campus, more programs as Centers
