Instructional Strategies:

▪Broaden access and promotion of program quality standards, implementation of unified flagship concept

and program relevance and adoption of alternative learning modalities such as blended learning, online, modular
approaches and face-to-face learning
▪Develop and implement variety of academic program delivery modalities, design curricular offerings that are

the emerging demands of industries, strengthen utilization of modern technologies in the delivery of
instruction and conduct corresponding tracer studies

▪Implement full automation of registration and enrollment procedures
▪Enable faculty to effectively utilize pedagogical strategies to support effective and meaningful
learning, implement Outcomes-Based Education and Typology Based Quality Assurance and support the
delivery of academic programs through improved and state-of-the-art physical infrastructures and other
learning facilities

▪Enhance the quality and relevance of instruction, strengthen research and development, undertake

effective extension services and linkages and adherence to institutional qualifications
▪Establish linkages with ASEAN member countries, gain membership into international

organizations and promote students’ international mobility
▪Continuously pursue for the accreditation of programs by CHED, the AACCUP and including the
quality assurance process of Institutional Sustainability Assessment (ISA),
▪Promote faculty development, recruitment of doctoral degree holder faculty, engage the services of

internationally-recognized and or accredited faculty, conduct capacity-building, retooling on
