1. To establish additional 30 active linkages/partnerships with other organizations/educational institutions
2. To reach an annual average of 8000 number of trainees weighted by the length of training
3. To register 75 number of adoptors engage in profitable enterprises
4. To obtain 20% average yearly percent increase in the number of adopters
5. To create 10 viable number of demonstration projects based on positive return on
investment (ROI)
6. To accrue 30% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for all demonstration projects
7. To intensify information, utilization and commercialization of appropriate matured
information and technologies for livelihood development
8. To conduct quarterly monitoring and evaluation of extension projects including impact assessment studies of
completed extension projects
Extension Strategies:
▪Forge more MOAs/MOUs with government agencies, LGUs, NGOs, POs and other organizations
both in the national and in the ASEAN region
▪Sustain the implementation of extension banner programs such as the: Adopt a Barangay/School; LGU
Capability Building; Gender and Development; Community Outreach;
▪Intensify existing active linkages/partnership with government line agencies, LGUs, NGOs and POs to develop disaster
resilient communities including establishment of international linkages on Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction
Management in the ASEAN communities
▪Regular consultations with the municipal and provincial LGUs to determine their extension needs through
Participatory Rapid Appraisal or Rapid Rural Appraisal
▪Conduct trainings based on the community needs and problems
▪Increase the number of adoptors who are engage in profitable and viable projects
▪Establish community-based techno demo farm showcasing matured technologies developed
from research
▪Develop and promote effective and integrated need-based and demand-driven extension modalities that will
transform pilot barangays into self-reliant, empowered and progressive communities thereby enhancing services
to the community
▪Establish viable projects, technology demo both in-campus and the community with partner
LGUs, NGOs and POs
▪Massive and continuous packaging production and distribution of IEC materials translated into
the local dialects
▪ Continuous participation in technology exhibits, trade fairs and product investment for a
