Objectives:
The strategic goal of Administrative and Finance Services of the University is geared to accomplish the
following in the next five years:
1.To attain annual 100% utilization rate of the University budget
2.To increase to 30% the number of plantilla faculty members with Doctoral Degrees in their
field of specialization earned from the national university, the top 1000 universities based on world
ranking
3.To surpass 1500 hours of relevant training hours attended by the faculty and staff members
4.To have all 9 campuses ISO Certified from the current 1 to continually improve established Quality
Management System
5.To prepare and acquire national and international recognitions/awards and obtain eligibility
for the Philippine Quality Award (PQA)
6.All 9 campuses to undergo land use development planning
Governance Strategies:
▪Fast track and strictly observe procurement processes as per Republic Act 9184
▪Strictly adhere to policies and effect active monitoring and evaluation of all campuses in terms
of utilization of their budgets and require submission of monthly progress reports and catch up plans
▪Update faculty development program based on national and international standards
▪Formulate a responsive and long-term Faculty and Staff development plans
▪Review and update the University organizational structure
▪Strictly follow provisions that are contained in the University Code and Administrative Manual
▪Adopt best practices in administrative, finance, general services and infrastructure and internalize
knowledge of best practices of ASEAN universities
▪Establish automated and digitized systems in the administrative, finance and resource management
services, and modernize ICT facilities for efficient and effective interconnectivity
▪Hasten ISO application of all the remaining campuses without certification
▪Prepare and submit PQA eligibility requirements
